Castle Ridge in the Highlands is an exclusive fifteen home community
of high end residences to be constructed on a 2,200 foot cul-de-sac roadway known as Lisa Court.
It will intersect with Belvidere Brass Castle Road, also known as Warren County Route 623, in White Township, Warren County, New Jersey.
White Township (Warren County) is a rural farming municipality which enjoys a preferential tax rate compared to the majority of other muncipalities in Warren County.
The site location is close to Washington Township (Warren County) which provides medical, dental, professional and shopping facilities.
The community offers convenient commuter access to both Route 80 and Route 78, within a 20 minute drive.
Castle Ridge in the Highlands is situated in a secluded area of farmland and mature woodlands enhanced by preserved stone rows and tree rows, offering a visual and sound buffer
from the modest traffic on the Belvidere Brass Castle Road .
Dramatic long distance views of Mt. No More enhance all twelve of the non-wooded lots. The site is being developed with sensitivity to preserving those lovely views, existing topography, and natural features.
Three of the lots, located at the terminus of Lisa Court, are sited within mature woodlands. A trout stream, known as the Oxford Furnace Brook,  meanders through the northernly portion of the site and traverses three of the larger lots.
Eight of the lots contain areas in excess of 1.5 acres; three of the lots contain areas of 1.8 acres to 3 acres; one lot has an area of 3.7 acres; one lot has an area of 5.7 acres; and one lot has an area of 7.83 acres.
All wooded areas, tree rows, and stone rows not required to be disturbed for construction of the roadway and storm water management system, and development of the home sites
will be deed restricted against any further disturbance.
